WHICH ADDRESS DO I USE FOR RETURNS?

A PO Box address will be attached to your order notification, this will also be supplied within the confirmation email.
Parcels should not be sent back to 4th Floor, Silverstream House ( This site we strictly deal with general mailing).

DO YOU CURRENTLY STOCK PRODUCTS FOR BABIES/TODDLERS?

This is on hold currently. In the foreseeable future we will be in stock. 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

This can be done via our customer support team. Simply email Info@mamanew.co.uk with your confirmation and email request along with reason of cancellation.

Cancellation requests are actioned within a 24 hour period.

Please allow refunds to clear within 9-12 days working days.

Please note this can vary between merchant and credit card provider.

WHAT IF THE SIZE ORDERED DOES NOT FIT?

In this instance we will do our best to accommodate our customers and check our inventory.

If we have the suitable size available we will offer an exchange to size. 

However posting and shipping may not be included.

DOES MAMA NEW HAVE MORE THAN ONE BRANCH?

No , we remain as an online presence store only, which caters to regions in the UK, Europe and USA.

HOW DO I KNOW  WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY ORDER?

Your delivery date is printed on your receipt or order confirmation, but you can track your order once you have received your dispatch email.

Click the link in the email to track your order. Our couriers will also email or text you on the day of delivery to let you know they’re on their way. 

Please not tracking delivery only applies to those using express delivery!

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS SUCCESSFUL?

When you have placed your order online you will receive an order confirmation email, this will have all the information you need.

I'VE ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AT ONCE. WILL THEY ARRIVE ALL TOGETHER?

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER IN FULL?

Online orders – Full payment is required for online orders at the time of purchase.

 

We do not provide installment payment plans for purchases.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Your items may arrive on different days.

However if this is the case , you will receive an email containing which products to expect between deliveries.


Please await  your delivery date before contacting us.

For personalised items, please allow 7 days.

Orders of £50 and over are FREE for delivery.

MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR POOR QUALITY?

We're sorry if your item is damaged. Please contact our Customer Service Team, send them your full order details (Order number, post code and address) and they will be happy to help.

Please also attach photo of poor quality/faulty item.

All reports on damaged items will be assessed accordingly.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

In the event you purchase an out of stock item , you will be placed with a 100% refund. We can add  you to the alert list which will  let you know when the preferred item is available in stock.

WILL YOU ADJUST THE PRICE OF AN ITEM THAT GOES ON SALE SHORTLY AFTER I PURCHASED IT?

DO YOU HAVE A MEMBERS AREA OR GIFT CARD  MEMBERSHIP?

Currently no, However our operations endeavor for this to be implemented before the summer of 2024. This will include accounts whereby customers can access super saving, hold details and  services and stay abreast with our services!

We will refund or exchange any unused items that are in a saleable condition within 28  days of purchase.

We can grant 100% refund for faulty products.

Please bear in mind we are unable to offer refunds or exchange for the following :

  • damaged or faulty items caused by the customer or somebody else upon purchase.

  • no longer wanting an item (for example because it’s the wrong size or colour)

Note refunds will be processed to the original payment method shown on your receipt, or order confirmation email. Bear in mind that if you made a payment via PayPal this refund may take a little longer to process.

CAN I ORDER OUT OF STOCK SIZES?

We are unable to adhere to a sale prices prior to product purchased.
