Hey Mamas! So today I wanted to talk about the importance of Water! Word on the street, is that water helps flush out your entire body leaving it cleansed and clean. Drinking plenty of water allows your body to recieve all the fluids possible and reduces risks such as UTI and any other kidney infections. If your body is not being cleansed this will increase many health risks.
Drinking plenty of fluids really helped me during post partum and allowed heavy bleeding to stop much earlier.

Similarly, many women are asked not to drink cold water after delivery as it can lead to a cold or a cough. This too is a hypothetical assumption. In fact, not having enough water after delivery can lead to dehydration. The fluid level in your body is crucial for the production of breast milk. If you don t produce enough breast milk it can be damaging to the child. It could also lead to deep vein thrombosis, blood clots and hamper circulation of blood.
